Our first course of action a lot of times is to get frustrated and start complaining when things go awry.  The enemy will use frustration to get us off focus and keep us from moving forward. I am learning when your level of frustration has reached an all time high, you must be about to cross over into something great in your life. Otherwise the enemy wouldn't be frustrating you so much!

Faith says, I know that God is bringing me out with a strong arm. It says, I have the total victory over the enemy. Let's strive to make our first course of action be faith.

We must not forget the promises of God! Have faith that God will do just what He said. It is while we wait that faith, patience, and perseverance is developed.  God's word does not return to Him void, but accomplishes that which He sent it to do. So if He sent His word to heal your body, it will do just that. If He send it to restore your marriage, it will do just that. If He sent it to bring you out of the shackles of sin, it will be done! Trust Him and prove His word that He has spoken to you, for it will manifest in your life.

Love is a gift that everyone should experience in their lifetime. To not experience true love is to deprive oneself of a priceless treasure. It is the most precious gift that one can offer another. It is pure. It is selfless.

True love is unconditional. It looks beyond whatever comes it's way and does not operate on 'give and take'. It doesn't fluctuate based on circumstances and trials. It is an action word and not just a noun. Just like faith without works is dead, love without action is dead also.

Love in it's purest form is the love of Jesus Christ. The One that shed his blood for us, who endured great pain and suffering for our sake, that we may live a life without condemnation. So with this action of love, we can proclaim boldly that we are free from the constraints and bondage of this evil world.

I had a conversation recently about one of my peers being incarcerated, which has been an ongoing thing for years now. From the outside looking in, you would think they would have gotten the lesson after all this time. But if someone's mind isn't delivered and has been bound by the enemy, you can't just assume 'they should know better by now'. Some people are in situations they never intended to be in, and didn't ask to be in. As I thought about it, I begin to examine myself and all the mistakes I've made; the crazy places I've been and situations that I been in during this thing called life. It could very well be me in there! But God's grace and mercy has followed me throughout the years. I am grateful that His love stretches beyond our faults and mishaps. His love sustains our minds and keep it from veering off the deep end. His love looks beyond our sins, beyond our filthy rags. And in spite of what we do and don't do for Him, He daily loads us with His love. It is an unconditional love that can never be reversed toward us. It is this love, this very love that we must possess toward one another. It is this love that will win the lost to Christ.

How will you show God's love to someone today? It could be the very thing they need to carry them through.
